Scope: Microsoft Access Database Solution / IT Support / Hardware Installations
Over the past ten years I have developed an intelligent Microsoft Access Database system that is used heavily throughout Craig's day. Before we started, many tasks were tedious, time-consuming and open to error but these days Craig's life is made so much easier with the help of automated routines such as producing invoices, sending DJ job sheets and calculating commission and sales. Craig is now able to click a button and watch all this weeks' job sheets get emailed to their recipients whereas before he dreaded Wednesday nights as they meant many hours typing up these documents. This database is constantly evolving to his business needs.
We have developed a great relationship built on trust due to working to a high standard and delivering a product to be proud of and that won't cause us sleepless nights. Although you see Craig's web site below I did not design or build this. But in the next year we should venture in to looking at ways that we can integrate this database solution with his web site to create the perfect client experience where his customers can manage their own bookings direct. Now that's control!
