With the mass of IT manufacturers out there its difficult to know which brands to trust or what level of technology you need in order to have a solution that not just does the job, but that is also not way over spec.
Installations
Whether you have purchased IT equipment through us, sourced it yourself, or just need help moving or reconfiguring existing kit, we are happy to assist.
Home or small office setups are well within our capability but if you require something on a massive scale that involves structured cabling and racks of routers, we'd have to look to outsource that for you, but can still manage the project.
Photography Manipulation
If you need help with your images and photography we can do pretty much anything in Adobe Photoshop.
If you simply want to email us a single image to have cleaned, resized or optimised for the web or other media that fine. Alternatively we can help with batch processing of many images to save tedious and time consuming tasks such as resizing or changing contrast or saving as Black and White. We can also burn CDs and DVDs at a reasonable price.
IT Support and Maintenance Contracts
If you are a home user or small business and are struggling with a specific issue or need someone on hand to call whenever a problem arises we can offer monthly support contracts.
We are in the process of setting these up but will be scaled as silver, gold and platinum service levels and each will offer a set level of service for a related monthly fee. In the meantime if you have a computer related issue feel free to call my mobile, between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday, to discuss this. We will try to resolve your issue over the phone and via email but if call out is required, this is currently restricted to the inner London area.
